Peeta Mellark

Peeta Mellark is a character from the Hunger Games trilogy written by Suzanne Collins. Peeta, the baker's son, was chosen to represent District 12 in the 74th Annual Hunger Games. In the book, he is described as a stocky sixteen-year-old with ash-blond hair that falls over his forehead. He is fiercely devoted to Katniss, whom he fell in love with when he was five. Peeta has survived through the Hunger Games using his strength, skills with a knife, and camouflage.
